When you go to make your next reservation, please complete the following steps to use these funds:
- Go to the website and log in with your email and password,
- Reset your password if you need to then log in,
- Choose the Package(s) and dates like you normally would,
- Go to your Cart,
- Add any accessories,
- On the Cart page, there is box to use the funds available on your account where the total reservation amount is, click the box to use the funds,
- The screen should refresh and reduce your total by either the entire amount or by the amount of your reservation, whichever is less (any unused funds will remain in your account),
- Go to the Check-out screen and finalize it like you normally would including adding your credit card information if the funds available does not cover the entire reservation.
